Program Details & Quality

The Before and After school program will begin the first full day of school, and operate through the last full day of school, in most cases. Schools with alternative schedules should check with the director regarding first and last day of the program. You may sign your child up for before care, after care, or both. Our program is accredited by NAA (National Afterschool Association). This prestigious accreditation is earned by fewer than 8% of childcare centers in the nation. This means that we provide lower teacher:child ratios than non-accredited centers and a high level of teacher training and education, high quality equipment and supplies, and a variety of activities to meet your child’s needs. Daily activities may include: center time, homework, outside play, stories, group games, gym games, crafts, science experiments, swimming, and more.Group of Children

Safety

We have safety policies that are strictly enforced. You will authorize in writing who is allowed to pick up your child and we will never release your child to anyone that you have not authorized in writing. Upon enrollment, you will receive a security code to sign your child in and out of the program. Your child’s teachers are trained in CPR and First Aid in addition to a wide variety of child development trainings.

Special Activities

We are honored to have collaboration with the Toledo Art Museum, who provides art lessons and museum education and activities at no additional cost to you.
