How it Works

How do I enroll?



  • Call 419.243.7255 or email: to set up a meeting for a tour and/or to complete all paperwork needed to enroll your child.
  • Attend a parent meeting to review all policies and procedures of our program. This may be possible to combine with initial tour if arranged in advance.
  • Pay registration fee and first week fees OR, if applicable, receive funding authorization from ODJFS.
  • ODJFS authorization – This is based on income eligibility.
  • We will help you every step along the way and even fax forms for you that are needed for authorization!


Swim Classes, Super Saturday and Parenting

  • Enrollment for swimming, Super Saturday and/or Parenting classes is different, and listed below under the appropriate heading. Swimming lessons are low cost (scholarships are available) and Super Saturday and Parenting are free programs!

Does my child need to be Catholic to attend?
No, all Catholic Club programs are open to EVERYONE.

What ages do you serve in your childcare center?

Ages 6 weeks to 12 years (until the child’s 13th birthday)

What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. for full day programs
Saturdays: Hours vary depending upon programs; see individual program page
Closed for holidays and the entire week of Christmas.

How much space is there for the children to play?
We have over 40,000 sq.’ of space. We have a heated indoor pool, gym, classrooms, and activity rooms.

Do you have outdoor space?
We have a two secure outdoor fenced in play yards.

Can I get a tour of your facility?
Absolutely! Please call or email so that we can set up a tour that is convenient for you!

Are you accredited?
Yes! Our childcare programs are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and we are a Step Up to Quality 5 Star Center!

Are you state licensed?
Yes!  We are a state licensed program through the Ohio Department of Job and  Family Services

Do you provide meals?
Yes, breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are all provided when your child attends at serving time.

Do you follow a curriculum?
Yes, we follow Creative Curriculum for our early childhood programs and Cincy After School for our school age programs. These resources  allow for creativity and following the child's interests while at the same time addressing the content standards needed to be successful in school.

What are your fees?
We have a wide range of fees depending upon the age of your child and the program he or she will be attending. Some of our
programs are free or have a copay based on your income. Financial aid is available through our scholarship program. Call or email for more information so that we can discuss the best fee category for your family!

Do you offer swim times within your childcare program?
Yes! Children ages 3 and over receive free swim lessons during the school year when enrolled in our programs. We have strict safety rules and carefully screen swim ability prior to allowing children into the deep end of the pool. Children who cannot swim will be required to wear a lifejacket unless in a structured swim class. 

Do you provide swim lessons to the community?
Yes, we offer swim lessons for any child over the age of 6 weeks. Late afternoon, early evenings, and weekend classes are available.

How do I enroll in swim classes?
You must register in advance. You may enroll and pay online, over the phone, or in person (during our business hours). Our instructors will guide you about the best swim level for your child.

What are the fees for your programs?
Swim classes are $30 for a four week or six week session (1/2 hour each week).
Super Saturday is free! 
Parenting classes are free!

How do I enroll for Super Saturday or Parenting Classes?
You must register in advance for these programs!
