Catholic Club has an opening for an experienced full time maintenance assistant.
Part time positions are also available.
The FULL TIME position offers outstanding benefits including fully paid insurance, paid vacation, holiday, sick, and personal days. The benefit package is worth more than $10,000 per year.
Weekdays, Monday - Friday and occasional weekends. Assist the Maintenance Director with various projects including painting, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, etc. Responsible for general cleaning and maintaining safe secure interior and exterior environments. Must be able to perform general custodial duties, including but not limited to; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning carpet, changing light bulbs, emptying trash, washing windows, walls and general cleaning when needed. Must be able to lift heavy items, walk stairs and climb ladders, kneel and crawl when task necessitates it, and operate custodial equipment for lawn care, floor refinishing, snow removal, etc.
During winter months, must be able to shovel snow from sidewalks, steps, and entryways. Employees must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug tests.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Wage depends upon experience and credentials. Negotiable for someone with outstanding experience/credentials. Benefits: 403B matching, fully paid health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, and more.
