Must be enthusiastic and energetic and provide positive developmentally appropriate opportunities in the classroom. The Early Head Start teacher works in a classroom of multi aged children birth to age three. The Preschool Teachers work with children ages 3-5. This positions work collaboratively with a co-teacher, family members, and other staff to achieve positive outcomes for our children. These positions are full time /year round position.
Requirements and Qualifications
Preference given to those with an Associate or Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or an Infant/Toddler or Preschool CDA.
Special opportunity! We will consider candidates who are very motivated and able to complete the CDA within one year- the wage for this training opportunity is $13-$14 during training and an increase after the CDA is earned.
Ability to use technology
Knowledge of Creative Curriculum and TSG preferred but will train motivated individual
